Radish Salad
Ingredients
- 4 bunches radishes (about 40 radishes), cleaned and greens removed
- ¼ cup chives, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black sesame seeds, optional
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Thinly slice radishes using a mandolin or a very sharp knife.
