¼cupItalian flat-leaf parsleyfinely chopped
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1 1/2teaspoonsblack sesame seedsoptional

Instructions
Thinly slice radishes using a mandolin or a very sharp knife.
Stack a few radishes on top of each other and cut the slices into thin matchsticks (see video for visual instructions!).
In a medium bowl, toss julienned radishes with all other ingredients (chives, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, salt to taste, and black sesame seeds if desired).
If time allows, let marinate for 10 minutes before serving!
