Ingredients

pound
whole cremini mushrooms
cleaned and long stems removed

garlic cloves
minced
2-3
sprigs fresh thyme
removed from stems

tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
2
tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoon
butter
melted
¼
teaspoon
real maple syrup
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉. In a baking dish (I use an 8×8 dish), add mushrooms, melted butter, balsamic, soy, garlic, maple syrup, thyme, and black pepper.
Toss until mushrooms are well coated.
Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve warm or room temperature.
