Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

salmon fillets
about ½ each

cup
Dijon mustard
½
cup
whole grain mustard
¼
cup
real maple syrup
2
tablespoons
soy sauce
2
teaspoons
fresh thyme
finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450℉. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon and grainy mustards, maple syrup, soy, garlic, and fresh thyme.
In a large baking dish or baking sheet, bake salmon for 8 minutes.
Take salmon out of the oven, and generously apply the glaze. Place back in oven for another 6-10 minutes, or until the salmon just start to flake.
Notes
You can use 1 teaspoon
dried thyme
instead of the fresh thyme if needed!
Save a bit of the glaze
for a dipping sauce!
Salmon recommended doneness
= 140-145
℉ in the thickest part.
