This trick for roasting garlic in 15 minutes is sure to become a staple in your kitchen. You can use it in spreads, dips, sauces, on crostini or antipasto boards, in meat or fish dishes, and more!
Unpeeled garlic clovesyou can use small, medium or large cloves
Instructions
In a preheated skillet over medium-high heat, add unpeeled garlic cloves (skins left on).
Let cloves roast in a skillet on side #1 for 6 minutes. Flip garlic to the other side and roast for an additional 6 minutes (12-15 minutes in total). Skins will be charred in some areas, and the insides will be soft. If your cloves are large, add a minute to each side.
Let cloves cool.
Peel. Use in spreads, dips, sauces, on toasted bread, on antipasto boards, or in meat or fish dishes!
