Ingredients

large ripe avocados
1
small firm tomato
diced
⅓
cup
red onion
finely chopped
1
large garlic clove
minced
½
jalapeño
(or to taste) seeded and finely diced
3
tablespoons
fresh lime juice
2
tablespoons
fresh cilantro
finely chopped
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the avocados into a medium bowl.
Add in all of the ingredients (tomato, onion, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and salt).
Use the back of a large fork to mash and mix together the guacamole to desired chunkiness. Enjoy!

You’ll need
1-2 limes
to yield 3 tablespoons of juice.
Don’t like cilantro?
Leave it out or use fresh parsley instead!
Look for avocados that have some give when pressed but aren’t mushy.
Mushy avocados are often brown inside!
