Ham and cheese might be a classic, but these sliders are so much more than those lunchbox sandwiches. These sliders are made on toasty, delicately sweet Hawaiian rolls, brushed with everything bagel seasoned butter. They’re warm, meaty and cheesy, with a layer of honey mustard that cuts through the richness.
Slice rolls in half crosswise so all bottoms are attached and all tops are attached.
Set tops aside. Place the bottom roll layer in your pan. It’s a snug fit, but it works well!
Add ham in an even layer.
Mix together mustard, honey, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread honey mustard evenly on top of the ham.
Add cheese slices evenly on top of the mustard layer.
Place top roll layer on the cheese.
Mix together butter, everything bagel seasoning, and parsley. Use a basting brush to brush the tops of the buns with the seasoned butter.
Bake for 40 minutes, covered tightly with foil, or until the cheese in the center of the pan is melted and hot. Remove foil and bake, uncovered, for 3-4 more minutes.
Slice and serve.

Notes
You can typically find everything bagel spice in the grocery store (try Whole Foods or Trader Joes). Make your own everything bagel seasoning if you can’t find it by mixing together even amounts of sesame seeds, salt, garlic flakes, onion flakes, and poppy seeds.
You can use 12 rolls instead of 24 rolls. You may need to adjust your pan size. You’ll also want to halve all quantities of ingredients, and the baking time!
These sliders are great served hot or left out on the counter during a party for up to 2 hours!
Don’t like mustard? You can spread on a thin layer of a different condiment if preferred (BBQ, mayo etc).
