Classic Aperol Spritz Recipe
This traditional Aperol Spritz recipe is like summer in a glass, made with only four ingredients and without a cocktail shaker!

Ingredients

ounces
dry (brut) prosecco
not sweet

ounces
Aperol
1
ounce
soda water
Ice
Orange slices
to garnish
Instructions
Fill a large wine glass three-quarters of the way up with ice.
Add prosecco, then Aperol, and then soda water.
Stir just twice.
Garnish with oranges slices (recommended: one tucked inside and one on the rim). Enjoy right away!

It’s best to use
chilled ingredients
!
Look for
“dry” or “brut” prosecco
, which means it’s not sweet!

favorite soda water to use is San Pelligrino
(or Schweppes Club Soda as a second option).
