Ingredients

cups
cooked shredded chicken
like skinless rotisserie chicken

medium celery stalks + 1 tablespoon celery leaves
finely chopped
¾
cup
halved red grapes
or diced apple or golden raisins
⅔
cup
red onion
finely chopped (about ½ medium onion)

cup
mayonnaise

tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
1 ½

fresh chives
chopped

tablespoons
fresh tarragon
chopped

tablespoon
Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, mix together chicken, celery, grapes, onion, chives, and tarragon.
Pour the dressing over the chicken salad and toss until combined. Enjoy!

for you! You can often get it at places like Whole Foods to save time.
Chicken salad is actually better the next day!
