Baking salmon has never been this easy and delicious. It’s just two steps.
Use your favorite sauce or glaze and bake salmon to perfection in just 16 minutes. Never have another dry piece of salmon again!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
½ pound of salmon per person
Your favorite sauce or glaze
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place salmon skin-side down in a dry glass pan (I use an 8×8 pan but use any size the salmon fits in).
Bake salmon for 8 minutes. Open oven, pull the oven rack out, and add your favorite sauce to the top of each piece of salmon. Place back in oven for 8 more minutes. Check for doneness. I like my salmon cooked to medium (130-135 degrees Fahrenheit). Depending on thickness of salmon, it may need another 2-3 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven and use a spatula to remove salmon immediately from pan.
