Dark Chocolate Demitasse [Hot Chocolate]

Warm, bittersweet, creamy cup of liquid chocolate, infused with vanilla and a pinch of espresso. Life is now complete.

I set out to create a hot chocolate without using the instant mix in the grocery store. Although that stuff reminds me of childhood snow days, it’s really kind of tasteless, am I right? So I decided to grow up and drink the real stuff: a Dark Chocolate “Demitasse” (a small cup of strong hot caffeine, typically espresso).

This Hot Chocolate is velvety and luxurious, and reminiscent of a molten brownie. If this description doesn’t have you scrambling to the grocery store to collect the ingredients, well then you must not be a chocolate lover…and that’s crazy!
